FEBRUARY BOARD REFLECTIONS

THOUGHTS FROM REGIONAL LEADERS

What is the most interesting or inspiring aspect of your work right now?

I’m an executive coach and right now, I’m most inspired by the conversations I’m having with leaders around creating a more intentional culture that engages and motivates employees. These conversations can only happen when a leader has reached a point where he or she understands his true purpose, because that’s when the path for impact becomes clear. That means there’s a willingness to lean in to more transparent communication, a readiness to show a more authentic self and an eagerness to bring people along on that journey.

What does being a part of the WTCSE community mean to you?

I’m honored to partner with the World Trade Center for my “From the CEO’s Perspective” forums. We’ve created a platform for leaders and audience members to engage in a casual and intimate way. My hope is that this type of access has contributed to richer conversations in this community around the important issues of leadership.

What is the most interesting or inspiring aspect of your work right now?

The most inspiring aspect of the work I do, wealth management, is meeting people who have done incredible things to create their wealth. The clients we work with are amazing people that have fascinating life stories. They are innovative, smart, and fearless. I am honored to work with them in achieving their financial goals and securing their futures.

What does being a part of the WTCSE community mean to you?

The WTC consists of an impressive group of leaders who genuinely care about our community. In running a local business, I feel a sense of responsibility to help our overall business community thrive. To be surrounded by industry leaders who feel the same way is inspiring.
