HealthierHere is a nonprofit collaborative dedicated to advancing health equity in King County, WA through collective action. They are committed to building and strengthening an integrated, equitable system of whole-person care that works better for everyone.
They serve as the Accountable Community of Health (ACH) for King County and harness the power of collaboration, convening an engaged regional network of more than 150 organizations. Fostering cross-sector partnerships to co-create community and Tribal-driven solutions to complex challenges, they align and braid public and private funding to drive resources to the people and places that need it most.
