Please note that due to the continuing waterfront revitalization project, sections of Alaskan Way between Bell and Pike Streets may be occasionally rerouted. It is recommended that anyone visiting World Trade Center Seattle arrive from the North (turn on to Elliott from Wall Street,) or park at the 2323 Elliott Avenue parking structure and walk over the Skybridge.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS:

From the South (Summer Construction Update 2023)

To World Trade Center Seattle from south of Seattle on I-5 North (coming from Sea-Tac Airport): **These directions are accommodating for the ongoing construction on Alaskan Way in the Spring and Summer of 2023.**


• From I-5 North, take Exit 164A for Dearborn St; James St; Madison St.
• Turn LEFT onto Madison St and continue for 0.2 mi.
• Turn RIGHT onto 4th Ave and continue for 1.0 mi.
• Take a LEFT onto Wall St and continue 0.4 mi to Alaskan Way and turn LEFT onto Alaskan Way.
• Continue on Alaskan Way for approximately 4 blocks.
• Turn LEFT into parking entrance in between World Trade Center Seattle and the Waterfront Marriott.
• Park with the World Trade Center Seattle Valet (Towne Park Parking). Please wait adjacent to the building with the world flags and a valet attendant will assist. (If they ask, tell them you’re meeting with someone on the 4th floor.)
• After valet parking, take the elevator to the 4th floor.

From the North

To World Trade Center Seattle from north of Seattle on I-5 South:


• Continue on Broad Street until it turns LEFT and merges into Alaskan Way.
• Continue on Alaskan Way for approximately 4 blocks.
• Turn LEFT into parking entrance in between World Trade Center Seattle and the Waterfront Marriott.
• Park with the World Trade Center Seattle Valet (Towne Parking). Please wait adjacent to the building with the world flags and a valet attendant will assist. (If they ask, tell them you’re meeting with someone on the 4th floor.)
• After valet parking, take the elevator to the 4th floor.
